Unlocking the Potential of Inclusive Coworking Spaces for Migrant Integration
RES-MOVE – Resources on the Move – is a European project co-funded by the EU’s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), aimed at fostering the socio-economic integration of migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers through the innovative use of coworking and collaborative spaces. By supporting the creation and development of Inclusive Coworking Spaces (ICS), the project promotes access to employment, entrepreneurship, community engagement, and gender-inclusive practices across diverse European territories.
We are pleased to launch a Call for Ideas addressed to coworking spaces, grassroots groups, civil society organisations, and local actors committed to inclusion. The call invites proposals for new or enhanced activities that transform coworking spaces into accessible, empowering environments for migrant communities. Selected ideas will receive dedicated support and funding for implementation and become part of a broader network of practices contributing to the social and professional inclusion of vulnerable groups.
This is an opportunity to activate your local space, amplify migrant voices, and contribute to a more inclusive and connected Europe.

Haben Sie eine Idee, wie Ihr Coworking-Space inklusiver für Migrant*innen und Geflüchtete werden kann?
Im Rahmen des europäischen Projekts RES-MOVE laden wir Coworking-Spaces und Community-Partner ein, praxisnahe, niedrigschwellige Pilotprojekte einzureichen, die Integration, Unternehmertum und sozialen Zusammenhalt stärken – z. B. mehrsprachiges Onboarding oder Buddy-Programme, elternfreundliche Zeiten, CV-/Gründungssprechstunden, Ruhe-/Gebetsräume oder women-led Mentoring.
Ausgewählte Ideen erhalten kleine Fördermittel, leichte fachliche Begleitung und Sichtbarkeit. Kooperationen mit migrantisch geführten Gruppen sind ausdrücklich willkommen.
